Billing and refunds

How payments work in CutClub, what happens with credits, and how to request a refund.

Here's everything you need to know about payments, credits, and what to do if something goes wrong.

How billing works

CutClub charges per season, not per month. You pay when you start a season. There are no recurring charges unless you're on the Unlimited annual plan.

Credits

Credits are pre-purchased seasons you can use anytime. A pack of 5 costs $39 (a 20% discount over buying individually).

A few things worth knowing:

  • Credits never expire. Buy them whenever, use them whenever.
  • Credits can be shared across clubs. If you host multiple clubs, one credit pool covers all of them.
  • Credits are applied at the start of a season. You choose which credit to use when you launch.

Refunds

If you haven't started your season yet, you can request a refund. Once matchups begin, refunds are not available.

If something went wrong with your purchase -- a duplicate charge, a technical error, or anything unexpected -- email us at hello@playcutclub.com and we'll sort it out.

Payment issues

If your payment didn't go through or your season didn't activate after purchase, try the following:

  1. Check that your card details are correct and up to date
  2. Make sure your billing address matches what your bank has on file
  3. Try a different browser or clear your cache, then attempt the purchase again
  4. If it still fails, email us at hello@playcutclub.com with your account email and we'll look into it
